Scott Gittinger
President / Senior Loan Officer / Reverse Mortgage Specialist
Scott has lived in
Texas for 16 years, after he ended 5 years of employment in
management with the Walt Disney Company after returning from Paris
with the Opening Team of Euro Disneyland. He moved to Beaumont to
start his finance career and over the next 16 years he aligned
himself with Retirement and Financial Planning companies both in
Beaumont and Houston. In 2000 he accepted the position of Chief
Compliance Officer with Park Avenue Securities in Houston, where he
supervised over 60 stock brokers.
After 911…he wanted to return to working in Beaumont, but remain in
finance, so he entered the mortgage business in 2003 and is
currently the co-owner and President of the Mortgage Group in
Beaumont. This endeavor has allowed him to peruse another passionate
interest…helping some of the forgotten children in Mexico.
In December of 2006 with the assistance of many friends and
co-workers, M.O.S.A.I.C. was formed; which stands for Mission’s Over
Seas Assisting International Children. Scott has served as the
President of the organization since its inception. In June of 2008
they received their IRS 501c3 official non-profit designation. In
the first two years the organization has removed 28 children out of
abusive homes and from off the streets. The children all call him
“Papa Scott,” and they have thought him some of life’s important
lessons of humility and inspiration.
Alba Santiago

Loan Officer
Alba entered the
lending industry in 2005 after a very successful career in Senior
Management in the telecommunications industry. She brings a lot of
financial experience with her and enjoys working with the clients
from the beginning of the loan application through the closing. This
transition allows her to work directly with families to help them
reach their goal of home ownership
Alba’s family is originally from Puerto Rico and she is one of the
only Spanish speaking loan officers in this area. She has a Bachelor
of Science degree from Cameron University in Oklahoma, and enjoys
doing volunteer work through out the community. She currently serves
as the Treasurer of MOSAIC, a non-profit group supporting an
orphanage in Mexico.
Debbie Townley
Office Manager /
Underwriting
Debbie was on the opening team
of our company unpacking boxes from day one. She works extremely
hard as our Office Manager and Processor; working many evenings to
make sure client files are in good order. Her dedication and
commitment to her job is second to none! She brings with her 25
years of office management and accounting experience and over 6
years in the lending industry.
Debbie is married with 5 children and 7 grandchildren…the passion of
her life.
Brenda Denson
Office Support
Brenda has over 15 years of combined experience in the Real Estate,
Property Management, and Lending Industry. She joins our team to
work directly with our clients and offer exceptional customer
service at all points of the mortgage process. She also brings with
her a vast knowledge of office management and accounting to meet our
growing company’s needs.
She has been married for 25 years and has two grown children. She
enjoys outdoor activities and off shore fishing…as she says “Always
enjoy the journey.”
Marie
Tucker

Officer / VA Specialist
Marie joins our company with 28 years of Real Estate
experience. Her career started as a Realtor in 1978 and she
transitioned to the lending side in 1997. Marie’s passion, in
addition to helping first time home buyers, is her commitment to the
Veterans of America. She is one of our company’s VA specialists and
works very hard to put Vets into their own homes. She has even gone
so far as writing former President Bush on behalf of a deployed
veteran and was successful in helping him get his VA mortgage.
She has been married to her husband Jack for 48 years and has one
daughter and two grown grandchildren. Her second love is the
Lumberton Raiders as she has been a behind the scenes supporter for
many years.
Randy Slater
Loan
Officer / Rural Property Specialist
Randy comes to us with 28 years
experience in Rural Lending. He fills a great need for our
agriculture clients as his experience in this area is extremely
valuable. Additionally, he served in the United States Army and
received an Honorable Discharge. His experience in the military has
led Randy to lead our company’s civic outreach to local veterans
groups. In addition to working in the VA home loan market, he will
be the liaison between our company and volunteer opportunities to
benefit our local veterans.
Randy received
his B.S. and Masters from, A&M in Agricultural Education. He has
been married for 29 years and has two daughters. He supports his
local church, Wesley United Methodist Church and is involved in
numerous charitable organizations.
Michael
Caballero
Marketing Director Michael moved to Texas in 2004
from Pennsylvania where he was born and raised. He continued his
career in residential and commercial design, eventually making a
transition into real estate sales and marketing. During his work
with local real estate firms, He established great relationships
with many agents, mortgage companies and of course clients. Michael
was recruited to Mortgage Group in the spring of 2008 as the
Marketing Director. Michael brings to the company his knowledge of
sales, marketing and real estate. He works directly with our REALTOR
Partners in helping them grow their business by providing valuable
marketing tools and mortgage education. |
